It had been 33 years since we bought and sold a property and the way things are done now are very different to back then so we felt very much out of our comfort zone. Scott made things easy for us by explaining the process to us in ways that we understood and would always return our calls whenever we had yet another question to ask him. It was a very hurried negotiation as we only had 24 hours to get an offer in and he went out of his way to make sure we knew the right procedure so that we did not get it wrong and to get our offer in on time.
