Scott managed the sale of my property in Richmond. I listed in late January as the tide was turning on the NZ property market and whilst Covid was rampant. On multiple occassions, open homes we cancelled at short notice due to my tenants having caught Covid, but Scott persisted with 'driveway open homes' to ensure those interested were captured, and called back to arrange viewing when it was safe to do so. In spite of the rapid change in the market, Scott found an elusive buyer and secured a purchase price which was excellent given the conditions. Overall it was a very seamless experience for someone who is based thousands of kilometers from NZ. I would definitely recommend and use Scott in the future.
