Michelle was easy to relate to, but very professional and efficient. She was on the case right from the start. Her knowledge of the market proved to be correct especially in that we achieved the price that she indicated we should. Michelle's feed back on the prospective buyers was prompt and to the point. Michelle quickly sorted out a "Nosey Neighbour" who started to interfere with prospective buyers. We did have some technical issues with the signing of documents. This was due to the fact that, as we, The Executors for the property, lived, one in Christchurch and myself in Marlborough. I felt looked after, though she was the vendor's real estate agent. She gave me time to view the property and voice my questions. I will certainly recommend her to anyone who is selling.
