I believe Michelle to be a true professional in real estate marketing and sales. My house was sold as follows: First and only open home was Sunday 9th June. Offer made on Tuesday 11th June. Unconditional 13th June. Completion 27th June. I will never know if it would have realised a higher price, but in the current market believe it to have been a reasonable offer, also having the worry taken out of whether someone is actually going to buy and in such a fast timeframe was a deciding factor. Throughout the sale Michelle kept me informed about every stage in the process, conferred with me on various aspects, was open to my suggestions and had excellent communication skills throughout.
