It Is my first time purchasing a home and I wasn't sure what to expect but everything went smoothly.

Kat was honest in and open when we were discussing our plans, priorities and asking price. It is so refreshing to deal with an agent who listens to you and your requirements but is not prepared to agree on everything just to get the listing. The conversations we had as a couple with Kat were very open and honest where we came to an agreed price point, sales strategy, feedback plan and timeframe. At no point did we feel pressured to list, drop our price expectation or sign up to something we did not want.
