I often think what it would take to be a realestate agent. So many people quit their job, do the course and bang they are agents thinking it will be easy money. I think they are mad, misled, deluded and will burn out. I have known Kat from early days when she worked for a very big realestate firm, moved from there to another until she established herself and repeat clients, took the risk and put her own name on the door. To do that you have to be a passionate realestate agent to say the least. I have found Kat's realestate knowledge to often exceed that of a lawyer, the ins and outs of titles, mortgages as well as help for buyers and sellers if they have questions.
