After having our house on the market with a more cost-friendly agent and seeing very little movement, we reached out to Michael to see what he could do differently. He moved very quickly once we'd signed the agency agreement, and after a team 'caravan' a few days later, he and other members of the Ray White team were bringing round potential buyers. The result was a very good offer only a few days later, which was quickly negotiated into a contract. His estimates of the price we could expect proved very accurate.
