Gareth was professional and had great knowledge and skills around selling of our house and the current market. Found the 3D imaging of our house with the marketing great, gave buyers a good view of our house prior to making an appointment to view. Liked the report each week on numbers of people who viewed sites each week and feed back from buyers.

Initially we met Gareth at an open home, Gareth showed all the main features of the property which was helpful, after giving our contact particulars, I received a phone call from him to see if the property was of interest, which I concurred it was , however we were still waiting on a sale of our property. This finally come thru and that gave me the incentive to pursue the purchase his property. Gareth was not unstinting of his time, also worked on the deal to make an offer late at night on a Saturday as I recall .

I was selling a house on behalf of a trust which had been put in place following the death of a friend. The property was listed with Gareth but unfortunately Covid-19 happened and the country went into lockdown about 2-3 weeks after listing which certainly hampered any efforts by Gareth. Prior to listing Gareth had given great advice in respect of the presentation and had even offered to assist our efforts. However we were able to solicit help and did not need to call on Gareths services. Following the coming out of lockdown Gareth went all out with open homes and marketing and we were able to get a reasonably quick sale and at a price which was very suitable. I have since recommended his services to other people and would do so again.
Our experience with Gareth and how professional he was , made this big move for us a very positive experience. It made you feel like you were not just a number and that he really was interested in finding the right house for us .He had great communication skills, for example he always followed up on open homes .Nothing was too much trouble for him and his team who were really professional and kind too.
