Being one of those cynics of Real Estate Agents I am pleased to say I found an exception in Gareth Heard. Gareth comes from a building background immediately saw the quality of my home. He was honest, open and never once attempted to manipulate the sale even when it had been listed for a while. Gareth has a good assessment of the market and local area which meant he knew my home would take a little longer to sell and he rode with the plan all the way. I highly recommend him. He fights in your corner.

Gareth was good to deal with. He answered all our questions and arranged access for the various checks we wanted completed. Very prompt to come back to us when the tender had closed. When we encountered a issue with a garage door key Gareth resolved this without an issue. We would certainly use Gareth again ad would happily recommend him to others

From the start Gareth was professional but very personable and with his previous job experience and local knowledge he was so a veritable treasure trove.
