It was raining at the time of the Open Home and Allan was in a moon boot.We looked around the outside of the property briefly before going inside where Allan greeted us.He gave us a run down of what had been done inside.We then looked around the house ourselves.It felt a very casual experience,he invited us to open cupboards etc which I felt awkward doing.We went back around the outside of the property when another couple arrived. And that was it.
Allan exceeded our expectations in terms of his property knowledge and service provided. Our house sale was conditional on the buyers selling their property and Allan showed great urgency to be able to list and market it very promptly to obtain a great outcome for both parties.
