Both Karen and Allan were great to work with, I had telephone and email conversations with Allan and the face to face with Karen. The sale of my Mother's house went through very quickly -4 days- this was as a result of Karen understanding the needs of all her clients the buyers and the sellers and then being able to match them up very quickly. As this sale was a bit emotional for me, it was great to have Karen understand that and make the process as stress free as possible. I would recommend both Karen and Allan to anyone if you want a straight forward plain speaking conversation about selling a house with people who have your interests as either a seller or buyer at heart.

It was raining at the time of the Open Home and Allan was in a moon boot.We looked around the outside of the property briefly before going inside where Allan greeted us.He gave us a run down of what had been done inside.We then looked around the house ourselves.It felt a very casual experience,he invited us to open cupboards etc which I felt awkward doing.We went back around the outside of the property when another couple arrived. And that was it.
