Roz was fantastic! She constantly kept me updated and provided great advice whenever obstacles occurred. Her support from start to finish was invaluable, and she managed to get us sold within two weeks in a rough market. I highly recommend her services!
When it came to selling our house we couldn't have chosen a better agent than Roz. She knew the local market inside out and gave us great advice when it came to deciding the price. The open homes were run with professionalism and Roz was quick to give us feed back after each viewing. She gave us sound advice on how to present our home to the market and for each open home. Her team were equally up to the challenge and dealing with the Roz in Real Estate team was a dream come true during what could have been a very stressful time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Roz and her team to anyone looking for a dynamic, honest, friendly and highly competent agent who knows how to look after her Vendor's and get them the best result possible. Thank you Roz for every thing you did for us.
Roz was outstanding, she was extremely kind, knowledgeable, professional and down to earth. Roz went out of her way for us on a number of occasions, even when sick. She made us feel reassured through the whole process and shared in our joy of purchasing our new home.
Very good with communication. Keep me in loop. Nothing was too much trouble with Roz. Appreciate her realistic, calm manor.
We went with Roz because she is the best sales person in the Horowhenua. I have used her in the past but this time we were dealing with the sale of my late mothers house. This was a difficult time for our family and Roz was extremely caring and went beyond our expectations of an estate agent. At one point when we were having difficulty getting the last of my late mothers stuff out of the house before settlement Roz responded to our cal within minutes and was around and helping. Great agent, great reputation, great to deal with.
Highly recommend Roz - she completely took the stress out of selling from a distance! I needed someone I could completely trust to take care of everything and Roz delivered! Huge thanks!
My first property sale for me was very nerve racking but my Real Estate Agent Roz Wallace undertook my challenge and put me at ease right from my first call with her. Roz holds a wealth of industry knowledge which greatly provided me reassurance that I had my property in the "best hands" I had total trust in Roz knowing she would go that extra mile for a sale, of which she did, a very "happy vender" and I understand a very happy purchaser. I made many phone calls & had many questions for Roz (as mentioned my first property sale), but Roz was always available to take my calls, very professional & personable, thank you Roz.
Roz really knows the market in Levin and managed to get us a sale in a tough market. Great communication and service would highly recommend Roz.
Roz was amazing from start to finish. A pleasure to deal with, extremely professional. A very big thank you for all your work and help. Absolutely happy to recommend.
