Roz is a terrific agent. She is warm, friendly and great at keeping us updated on progress. Her advice on how to sell our property was very valuable and helped us sell in the first tender. I really appreciated her guidance on what to include in our contract and the way she ensured there were no surprises.

10/10. Roz was excellent. So pleasant and honest. She inspired trust throughout the whole process and was extremely welcoming and easy to talk to. You never feel like a burden asking Roz for a late visit or something else beyond her should-be norm.

Roz actively managed the sale of our property, unlike some who write a listing (AI generated I expect) then leave it unchanged, Roz would randomly turn up and take photos from different angles. Suggest different wording. The ad always looked fresh, which I suspect contributed to the relatively quick sale in this current market. No pressure on price at all, that was left to us. Furthermore as it was in the family a long time she was very aware of this, appreciating there maybe some emotion from our side too. I must mention her excellent Team at Ray White. Julie Judd ran many open homes. Well done.

10/10. Roz was very dynamic, changing the advert, photos and wording frequently, to keep the property fresh on the market. Many agents seem to list and forget, the same ad for months, in this market the ad can become stale very quickly, in my opinion.

We would give Roz a 5 out of 5. Roz worked in a highly professional manner, consistently going above and beyond to secure a quick sale. Roz addressed all our questions promptly and efficiently, and handled a difficult tenant with great skill and professionalism.

Will my experience with Roz was fantastic my mum and dad couldn't have picked a better person to sell there house as thay are in there 80t so I had to deal with Roz. Roz kept me will informed and upto date on everything witch made everything go so will and thak you so much Roz. I would recommend Roz 100%
