"10/10. As a first home buyer, we were happy that we got to meet Roz Wallace as our agent. She was a wonderful lady. She helped us to sort some things that we are unsure of with the vendor. Good and clear communication. Thank you again, Roz." Danny & Chiew. Verified by dashboard customer monitor.com

"10/10. Roz is a super friendly and enthusiastic real estate agent. She communicated well throughout the whole process which was very reassuring for a first home seller. She got a great price too!" Georgie Verified by dashboard customer monitor.com
"10/10. Roz was phenomenal! I met her at numerous open homes during our investment property journey and she was always a face and smile we remembered. She was incredibly personable and approachable. She was very easy to deal with when it came to documents etc even when I had to get her team to edit something etc. Never once making me feel like a burden. Even though her job is to work for the seller/vendor you could tell she had each buyer's goals and dreams in mind. She’s Incredibly hard working, only ever having a day off during the week and still had the biggest smile on her face. She’s been doing this for over 10 years and is a real pro. Couldn’t have asked to work with a better Real Estate agent who was so down to earth and had the best contract turn around time. She even helped when it came to finding tenants into our new investment we bought, which is something she didn’t need to do. Very grateful to have met and worked with a Roz. She’s a stellar employee and you’re very lucky to have her on your team." Cody & Asia Rae Verified by Dashboard customer monitor.com

She has always at the top of sales and coming from the area knows the best way to promote and achieve prices well above expectations. Thanks Roz Wallace and the Ray Whites team.
