We were the buyers of the property, and Debra was very helpful in showing us around the house and giving us lots of information about the area. She liaised with us fully throughout the process and was very accommodating with booking in inspections and visits. It was a great experience.

Unfortunately we had quite an unusual experience throughout the purchase of our first home. We happened to find the service somewhat unorganized, unprofessional and a little demanding. Debra arrived 45 minutes late to our initial meeting with little warning on a weeknight, and when we arrived for our pre-purchase inspection, the vendors were unaware that this visit was occurring and were in the middle of dinner, which was somewhat embarrassing. We offered to come another day but the agent exclaimed that she cannot do another time. As first home buyers, we wished to be quite thorough with the inspection but because Debra had another appointment booked across town she tried to rush us along (only 10 minutes in), saying most people only take 10-15 minutes. Luckily the vendors were accommodating and allowed us to continue our inspection. I also received quite a blunt voicemail from Debra at a time where we rescheduled our valuation due to our own reasoning (there was a breakdown in communication between the valuer and the agent but this was out of our hands and did not justify a rude voicemail). I understand Debra's role was as the agent of the seller, but as young buyers we feel we were not taken seriously by the agent, and she had very little contact with us throughout the process. I understand that most ratings for Debra have been 5 stars, and that is fantastic, but I do feel that for the very few poor ratings she has acquired, the responses do not show accountability or acknowledgement towards those people and if I may suggest some constructive feedback, it is useful to take on board how people feel in their individual experiences whether they are good or bad as this can help you continue to provide a positive experience for seller AND buyer. We understand this time of year can be stressful and we hope that is the only explanation. We wish Debra all the best in her endeavours, but would not be engaging her services in the future.
