I found my experience with buying my first home rather stressful and I did not feel the support or comfort with this agent even though she informed me she was there to support me as well. It is clear this is a very small and new company luckily I found support in buying this lovely home which I just love elsewhere. In the post expection I noticed carpet stains that were obviously hidden when dressed for viewings when told it was new carpet. Excited to get into my new home I asked agent if I needed to clean down before moving in her response was depends how clean you like things. I initially gave it a clean anyway and found more dirt n grime which should of been wiped down prior to selling. She advised she had emptied the bins which was fine till I opened them and the smell of horse manure or something really off ranked the bins out and cleaning them wasn't pleasant. My heatpump needed the filter cleaned a few weeks ago after only been in the property 4 weeks it looked like it had never been cleaned. I suggest some improvements to be made with this company if you wish to survive in this economy and thanks very much for the sale I am really enjoying my new home.

Prompt,Efficient and did EXACTLY what she said she would whilst coordinating with two owner parties,the purchaser and 3 solicitors. Why you would bother with those agents who charge 4% plus for the privilege of charging you $10,000 more is beyond my comprehension.
