My husband and I decided to sell a rental property we owned in Christchurch and after reviewing the Tall Poppy website, I selected Debi's profile and contacted her for an appraisal. Very quick to respond and showed good knowledge of the industry and was accommodating in meeting us. She followed up with things as promised. However made us feel bad for asking for some keys that hadn't been provided and felt rushed through pre-purchase inspection.
