My husband and I decided to sell a rental property we owned in Christchurch and after reviewing the Tall Poppy website, I selected Debi's profile and contacted her for an appraisal. I also contacted another company's agent for a comparison. Both women were lovely, they provided a very professional and prompt service, and their appraised range/value of the property was similar. Very quick to respond and showed good knowledge of the industry and was accommodating in meeting us. She followed up with things as promised. However made us feel bad for asking for some keys that hadn't been provided and felt rushed through pre-purchase inspection.
