We purchased our first home with the help of Christian, he made the process straight forward, never put us under pressure and went above and beyond organising visits for us to the new house and even dropping the keys to me at work on settlement day. He was quick to answer any questions we had a great experience purchasing through Christian.
Christian was super helpful and worked really hard for us to get the outcome we wanted. Honest and knowledgeable, He will go the extra mile. Mike Pero cashmere are really easy to deal with, which makes everything so much more simple. We would highly recommended to anyone !!
We signed with Christian at a time when nothing was selling around us. Christian used his knowledge of the local area, calculated our price range based on actual formulas (the first agent we’ve dealt with to do this). His professionalism, confidence, communication and commitment to selling our property was next level. There were no issues, he always responded and we couldn’t have been happier with our result.
Christian was so helpful right from the start. He was able to make helpful suggestions compassionately and has an amazing knowledge of the market and how to deal with people. Communication would be one of his many strengths. He was also extremely patient with my many questions! My daughter had bought a unit from him and also highly recommends him.
We have just completed a successful sale campaign with Christian O'Malley of Mike Pero Real Estate for our property in St Martins. With tge property market being in a downturn and being so close to Christmas we were very please to secure a sale at a price we were happy with. Dealing with Christian was a very easy and pleasant experience, he is very professional and enthusiastic. From the very first appointment when he explained the procedure for a deadline sale, open homes, commission fees and advertising costs we knew what we were dealing with and what was expected of us as vendors. Christian left an information wallet with us containing all the information we had discussed so we could refer to it later when making a comparison with other Angencies we had contacted, with other agents we had only our own handwritten notes to refer to and trying to remember what we had been told !. We would have no hesitation in recommending Christian to anyone thinking of listing a property, we are certainly glad we did.
It was a pleasure to work with an agent who we got on with right from the start. Open communication all the way and nothing was a problem. We will be recommending Christian to anyone wanting to sell or buy a property.
Christian was pleasant, very helpful, up front and kept in contact through out the buying process. If I needed to know something he was my first port of call. ( The people I bought the house from, had bought it when he was the selling agent previously, so they had obviously been happy with him.)
Christians knows what his job entails and works very hard for you both as a buyer for our first experience and then latterly as a seller. We had complete trust that he would try his very best to get the results that we wanted. He was punctual, well informed and communicated in a highly professional manner at all times. Would recommend him to others when the opportunity came.
Christian was totally dedicated to our sale , he was personable and energetic and gave his all to get us the best result for our property sale . When teamed with Charlotte Karst they made a formidable team ,thanks guys for all your hard work. Look no further if you need a sale with really nice people who are like family and work for you !!!
His manner and he is a credit to his profession. Communication was great. Any queries we had he had the answers for. He seems to have a wide band of friends who were able to help us with any problems
If you are looking for a really good guy to help you through your property sale, Christian O'Malley is your man - make sure you get his excellent colleague Chris Day onboard too if you can. We were fortunate enough to have both manage the sale of our family home. They made what could have been a very difficult process exceedingly easy. They are both pros. In a situation that was extremely sensitive, marketing and selling a property that had been the site of a recent family tragedy, and was subject to high media interest, Christian was both thorough but understanding of the circumstances, and his communications to us as the vendor, and to potential buyers was top notch. Apart from his undoubted market knowledge, especially in the field of 'As is, where is' which is the category, our property fell into, his skill with potential buyers and high energy was impressive. While the home was in a premium location, Christian undoubtedly - along with Chris - was a major factor in achieving for us a very good result. Christian is a really good bloke whom I enjoyed dealing with.
Christian was very helping and he gave us all the information we needed. We were very confused as it is our first home but with Christian it was really smooth. Thanks a lot Christian .
