Christian's wide experience base really shows through and this instilled confidence in me as a seller. His ability to read the market and understand complexities of the location, market and house appeal means there is very little guess work. He is a very professional and personable agent.
Christian is such a motivated, throughly organised, knowledgeable real estate agent. A true professional, thanks Christian it was a pleasure to have you sell our property!
Christian is a consummate real estate agent.
Having tended an unsuccessful offer on one of Christian's listings, he suggested he had just the listing for me and encouraged me to take a look. Suspiciously, I did take a look and to my utter surprise he was absolutely right. I was lucky enough to then enter into the traditional offer to buy, followed by a healthy negotiation between myself and the vendor which was transacted by Christian in a open healthy manner. Deal done. Easy happy experience. I enjoyed Christian's sense of fun and exuberance and enthusiasm for the job he does. Thanks you Christian, I enjoyed the journey with you too. Jane
Christian has exceptional knowledge, drive and enthusiasm and can read his audience. I have known Christian for many years and we chose him because we could trust him to sell our elderly Dads property for us. His empathy for Dad and his way of managing all situations is top notch and we would recommend Christian anytime.
Everything about working with Christian was a pleasure. We really appreciated his professionalism, knowledge of the local market, enthusiasm for our home, excellent communication, wisdom, willingness to listen and then accommodate our needs. We highly, highly, highly recommend Christian!
Through out the sale of my parents house in 9 Amherst Place I didn't really communicate with Christian on a 1-to-1 basis very often. His Real Estate colleague, Steph Kimber, was the person I dealt with more. Steph was the 'go-between', informing me of the details regarding the Open Homes and the stats of each of those. Christian did sent emails with correspondence and when we did meet he was very welcoming and positive about the sale of the property.
Christian was the listing agent when we purchased the house initially and he was very professional and great to deal with then, so it was an easy decision to have Christian sell for us this time round. Really professional and hard working but also low stress and enjoyable to work with. Plus a great result. Thanks Christian.
Our experience working with Christian to sell our property was second to none. Christian is experienced, motivated, well organised and easy to communicate with any time. His honesty dealing with all parties involved stands out. He is professional and pleasant to work with, your biggest asset is in safe hand's achieving the best outcome. We highly recommend Christian at Mike Pero Cashmere.
We recently sold our property in Christchurch through Mike Pero Real Estate Cashmere. We were extremely happy with Christian and his Team. They worked very hard for us and did a fantastic job to get us a top price on it. Christian is very helpful, extremely hard working, very honest and an all round neat guy to work with. He suggested a way we could get a better result and also saved us some money at the same time. Highly Recommended A+++
