Karan's relaxed but knowledgeable approach has been very much appreciated in an unusual year to sell property. Our holiday house was listed just before Covid lockdown and sold December 2020. Over this time, we her clients, experienced highs and frustrations as many in NZ did and Karan was able to keep dependably giving advice. Also, it was appreciated that she had good local contacts to help keep our holiday home looking good in our absence and she even did a final meter reading for us! Thanks Karan.

Karan helped with the purchase of our Twizel holiday home, she was very professional and had a good understanding of what we were after, and the whole process went along quite smoothly.

Karan informed us about how the market was moving, and was spot on with pricing. We received regular email updates re the property market. We found her extremely knowledgeable through the whole process of our property sale.

Dealing with Karen has been a very easy process. With her extensive knowledge of the market and that she keep us informed through the whole process made for a very easy transaction . Very professional.

Karan and her team were amazing to deal with. They definitely had their work cut out for them and hung in there with us all the way. Karan went above and beyond in helping us to sell our property. I would recommend Karan to anybody. Karen genuinely put in 100% of her time and effort and was always available for any queries at any time, day or night.

We sold our house with Karan, she made the whole process very easy and was a pleasure to deal with. Professional throughout and a great communicator. We'd be happy to work with her again in the future.

We purchased a Hydro house in Twizel 5 years and have just sold it through Karan MacDiarmid. We found Karan to have a great knowledge of the area, very helpful, pleasant and easy to deal with on both occasions. Would not hesitate to recommend Karan to anybody looking for a good honest land agent in the Mackenzie area.

We had a great experience with Karan, she sat us down, found out what we wanted, then advised us on several properties that would suit our requirements, selected the one we purchased. Karan was great throughout the whole sales process.

Karan was friendly and professional and is obviously experienced in the Twizel housing market. She always kept us informed on the progress of our offer during a multi offer situation. The bottle of wine was much appreciated when we were successful!

Always easy to get hold of and very helpful when looking for property to purchase.

Karan obviously has excellent real estate skills and knowledge of the area. She also has a very calming and causal personality but keeps it professional when needed. We were very happy with Karan’s overall workmanship over this sale so that’s why we also listed our hydro home with her.

Very knowledgeable about the market and what she could achieve for us
