Obtained a sale in a short time. Great to work with and communicate with

Thank you Karan, Jess and the Team for an excellent service whilst purchasing our property in Omarama. We were purchasing from offshore and a different time zone Karan was excellent with communication and promptly replied to emails and queriesmaking it a seamless process. We would absolutely recommend to anyone purchasing or selling property.

Once again Karan and her team exceeded all expectations. Nothing was a problem, and everything was dealt with in a timely and professional manner. I would thoroughly recommend Karan and her team . Many thanks.

Karan was exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process. She provided all of the information we needed to make an informed decision and demonstrated a strong knowledge of the Twizel area. Professional, responsive, and very easy to deal with, Karan made the experience smooth and straightforward. We would happily recommend her services to others.

She was always ready to help, listen to concerns and kept us up to date with any changes. Always happy to work with Karan.

We were very pleased to be able to purchase this house in Twizel. It met all our expectations and was a great fit to the lifestyle we wanted in Twizel.

We have recently sold a property and brought one through Karen and her team, both experiences were very straight forward and their communication is great. We found both experiences very chill and really appreciate their help. Would defiantly use again in the future. Thanks

Karan and the team were superb. An absolute pleasure to deal with.

I recently sold my house with Jess McKay. Although it took awhile to get a genuine buyer, Jess did not string me along with a heap of texts and phone calls about minor potential buyers. Jess was always relaxed and realistic about what we wanted to achieve with sale of my property. I would genuinely encourage anyone to seek Jess out for buying or selling a property!! Thank you very much Jess for a successful outcome!!

Very good local knowledge was applied in the Market, which communicated a good base to perspective clients.
