Angela Fowler marketed my home in Katikati during November and December of 2020. It was a modest, 1970's brick-veneer, two-bedroom of only seventy square meters plus an internal single garage – far from being the most expensive or desirable property on the market. Nevertheless, Angela gave it all the attention and expertise that could be expected in selling a top-of-the-line property. She continued showing it to interested parties even after she had found a buyer to my satisfaction. At that time she suffered a serious personal loss, but even then she still put time and effort into my property. In this, she was fully supported by her manager and personal assistant. I was impressed by her personal manner, her courtesy and attention to me and her easy, friendly exchanges with viewers. At first I thought that we had listed on the low side, but I trusted her judgment. It led to competition and a higher offer which gave us a settlement very much to my satisfaction. When the buyer's lawyer raised needless difficulties, Angela and her team only worked harder. Yes, I am very favorably impressed. I will not hesitate to recommend Angela Fowler and Tremains to any friend or acquaintance of mine who is entering the housing market.
