We first meet Angela 4-5 years ago when we were considering to purchase another property. Unfortunately we didn't manager to secure that particular one. Angela was okay to work with and has a reasonably sound knowledge of the local Katikati market. I thought she could have been more assertive with her vendor for the property we bought, as he verbally agreed to signing a S&P agreement at a price we offered, then reneged, so we ended up in a multi-offer situation, and having to pay $11K more for the property bought. Needless to say, this was extremely poorly handled, unprofessional, and certainly not the most pleasant experience for us as buyers. With the current market frenzy, greed and short term gains have gotten in the way of rather building robust, long term, sustainable business relationships. Trust is everything in business, so we felt badly let down by Angela & Tremains on this occasion.
