I must acknowledge us as being novice sellers. When we made initial contact I had a figure I had in mind which I gave her and said I would be happy with. Fiona came back with a price range a higher than I provided. I did query this as I thought it may be a case of tell me what I want to hear. Far from it as it turned out as I'm very happy with the final sale. I would also add she provided clear figures on commission as well as costs with options to include other advertising. She kept in contact via phone and email letting us know how things were progressing. Towards the close she also reminded me of any paperwork I needed to complete and provide. I would not hesitate to use Fiona services in the future and would recommend her as an agent to buy or sell through.
I interviewed a few agents for the sale of our Rotorua property and Fiona stood out from pack. She firstly listened to our needs for a quick sale and put a plan in place to act accordingly.
