Fiona Li was fantastic to deal with whilst selling our home in June this year. At a time of uncertainty in the market, we held firm in what we wanted for the house, and Fiona worked hard to get us what we wanted. Professional agent and hard-working, there's a reason she is a top agent for West Auckland.
We chose to sell our home through Fiona as we had done our own thorough research on who were the top real estate agents in the area and who was getting results. From our first initial meeting we knew that selling with "Team Fiona" was the only choice. Her confident and professional approach was very re-assuring as well as the clear game plan on how they were going to sell our home. Despite being in a stagnant realestate cycle Fiona and her team were able to sell our home within 16 days, with 5 offers presented to us. Not only did we get the price we wanted, they also managed to get us a late settlement which was important to us because of our circumstances. Would definitly recommend Fiona Li if you are thinking of selling and want to get a result in this market.
It was a long and tiring 3 months to sell our house, but Fiona Li and Will Yang from Team Fiona remained optimistic that our house would sell. Upon our conditional offer being accepted on a new property in June, we listed our home for sale. We thought it was going to be a quick process based on the appraisal and market statistics. But, we were wrong. Soon after, the market slowed down and interest rates kept going up. Will and Fiona were able to bring a lot of viewers through the open home that liked our property but many avoided putting an offer on paper as more similar homes became available on the market, driving competition. I could imagine this would be frustrating for real estate agents as much as it was for us. We just wanted our house sold so we could upsize for our growing family. They sensed our frustration and whilst remaining calm and professional they were genuinely caring and empathetic. With Fiona and Will, it's not just about numbers and business, it's about forming relationships and maintaining them even at the end of the transaction. Fiona has a wealth of knowledge up her sleeve and has strong negotiating skills. Will is so caring. He does not push or pressure you into making any hasty decisions. He listens and finds solutions to problems. Listing with Will and Fiona made sense as they know and understand the market in our local area. In the end, Fiona and Will came through and helped us secure our "Forever Home" by helping us sell our home. Thanks Will & Fiona.
Working with Fiona, Will and team Harcourt's has been a very pleasant experience. They have worked tirelessly and very hard. So professional in handling the marketing and selling of my property. Even better, they are lovely people who care together with accessibility and advice This has made the whole experience of selling my home less stressful than it might have been with anyone less caring. Big shout out to all. I won't hesitate to recommend to others who are thinking of selling up. Go team Fiona 😁😁😁 you rock.
