We recently went unconditional and the entire process was smooth we were updated during each and every step and that was comforting. Fiona suggested that we get the weathertightness report which was very helpful. We had to do some maintenance based on weathertightness report. Fannie personally made sure the maintenance was done to both our and the buyer's satisfaction.
