Michael always also gave us invaluable advice on what small improvements to do on the property before it went to market, he was very specific about what to do and what not to do, which we found incredibly helpful and stopped us from wasting money doing things that wouldn’t have been valued by perspective buyers. Communication was excellent, he was always available and happy to chat, so we felt very well supported through the process. He was also able to direct us towards contractors to help us with some of our work around the house which took a lot of mental load of us. Overall fantastic would highly recommend!
