My dealings with Michael and Tatyana have been very pleasant. I've dealt with a few real estate agents in the past and have always been wary that they just want to make a quick sale and move on. That has not been the case with Michael and Tatyana. I can say this because our property didn't sell immediately in auction (nobody's fault), yet they provided advice on the next stages which were in my best interest, not theirs. I am very happy with the entire listing and sale process that Michael and Tatyana ran. The appraisal was very thorough, highlighting a good number of recent sales and clearly showing the rationale for the potential sale price range. They supported me with decisions on making my home look the best it could for photography and open homes. After each weekend they sent through a comprehensive summary of all visitors to the open homes and their feedback.
