I recently sold my property in St Johns Park using Michael and Tatyana Ataman. Michael and Tatyana run a seamless sales process, and are absolute specialists in this local area. Without knowing either Michael or Tatyana previously, only that they sold our home to us 8 years prior, we immediately felt comfortable with their warmth and professionalism, neither stealing the limelight and allowing each other to play to their strengths. My dealings with Michael and Tatyana have been very pleasant. I've dealt with a few real estate agents in the past and have always been wary that they just want to make a quick sale and move on. That has not been the case with Michael and Tatyana. I can say this because our property didn't sell immediately in auction (nobody's fault), yet they provided advice on the next stages which were in my best interest, not theirs. I can't commend Michael and Tatyana enough - in this day and age, its rare to find good/decent human beings who act with integrity. I will always be thankful and grateful to them.
