We were very nervous sellers who were moving from a humble piece of paradise and worried about giving up our first home and things we loved. Anita, Katherine and the team were consistently patient and guided us through the selling process. They were professional and honest with us. When things got a little tense with lawyers getting picky they were quick to respond and solve problems, going out of their way late at night to contact our buyer who was overseas. They took the time to explain the process every step of the way whenever we asked. We really felt that we were in competent, safe hands to sell our property. We dealt with Leah as our first point of contact. She was so lovely and very friendly. What we really liked about her was that she just let us view the house without following us around or pushing anything. Any question she didn't know the answer to, she would find out and be very responsive with a reply. In fact anytime I contacted her, she would respond very efficiently. Leah was very accomodating and nothing was too hard, she put us at ease and was very laid back and calm at all times.
