We were very nervous sellers who were moving from a humble piece of paradise and worried about giving up our first home and things we loved. When things got a little tense with lawyers getting picky they were quick to respond and solve problems, going out of their way late at night to contact our buyer who was overseas. They took the time to explain the process every step of the way whenever we asked. We really felt that we were in competent, safe hands to sell our property. What we really liked about her was that she just let us view the house without following us around or pushing anything. Any question she didn't know the answer to, she would find out and be very responsive with a reply. In fact anytime I contacted her, she would respond very efficiently. Leah was very accomodating and nothing was too hard, she put us at ease and was very laid back and calm at all times. We did deal with Anita towards the business end of the dealings (mostly via email) and she too was very easy to deal with and understanding. They are a great team of agents that seem to understand that buyers will show their interest without being pressured. This was one of the factors that helped ease the stress of this house purchase. We sold our house in Gulf Harbour with Anita and her team. There were fantastic to deal with and made the whole process very smooth. We were in the UK the whole time which made communication more challenging but Anita and her team made this work. We had to get the gas re-connected which needed someone at the house in a 5 hour window and Anita's team were happy to help out.
