Whilst she was able to be very friendly and approachable, she also still remained professional at all times. Her suggestions and advice were really good and despite initially not wanting to go to auction, after hearing her explanations we decided we would try it and ended up selling at a brought forwards auction with multiple bidders. I was impressed with her marketing, really liked her copy write and also liked how she was able to see how our house could suit various buyers and was able to paint that tailored picture to them. She has a good team working with her and excellent systems in place. I would certainly use Anita to sell another property again and happily recommend her to others.

We have brought and sold 14 houses since our marriage 57 years ago so obviously have had considerable dealings with Real Estate agents. Anita has a lovely personality, and a thorough knowledge of the markets. On a 1 to 10 rating system we would give a her a 10. While we have worked with other really good agents, we would not be quite so generous. Anita is a delight to work with and we would thoroughly recommend her.
