From our first meeting, Shane was able to provide a clear and precise summary of the type of purchaser that would be interested in the property. It was getting close to the end of the year and he picked to get it ready for sale before Christmas. The property went live at the beginning of December and a pre-auction offer received on the 15th! and this was on the back of press releases predicting doom and gloom following changes to lending criteria. I also obtained independent valuation advice from a valuer and the sale price was a bit above the midpoint. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the result. Selling a property can be a very stressful time and Shane and Michelle were able to achieve a fantastic result with a minimum of fuss. The communication was excellent throughout the sales campaign. Shane was transparent from the get go. At times when the campaign to sell was showing the impact of the recent slow down, Shane (and Drew) was re-assuring and believed in the plan and was focused on executing it.
