Shane was quite simply great to deal with. No nonsense; extremely knowledgable; pro-active, the list goes on and on. From our first meeting Shane was professional and attentive and kept us abreast of the progress of the sale of our property. His recommendations on method of sale were refreshing when compared to other agents (he wasn't prepared to just stick with the norm) and was constantly exploring ways and means of getting our place sold. The market turned quite significantly from the time of his first appraisal to the time of sale yet he was always willing to listen to our concerns and adapt the marketting to suit. This resulted in numerous people through open homes and ultimately a good result in terms of sale price. Shane tells it how it is (again quite rereshing for an agent - I am sure he won't mind me saying that) and I would have no hesitation in recommending his services. We will definitely engage Shane when we need to sell in the future.
