Abbie and Julie were incredible to work with. From initial comprehensive market analysis in appraisal, to providing an excellent "do to list" before putting on the market (and the "if time- less for purchaser to do" list). Nothing was missed. They were available to answer all our questions throughout the whole process. Open home and private showing feedback was provided each time with useful information and temperature gauge of how property may be placed to sell, or what may be needed to get the right price. Expectations were kept realistic and when the deadline came, multi offers were presented which resulted than a higher than our initially expected price. This was our first time working with an agent who works with both seller and buyer, so we were dubious however Abbie went well and beyond ensuring both parties were well informed and happy with everything. No surprises or hidden things popped up. I would not hesitate to recommend Abbie and Julie as their professionalism and wonderful personalities made a potential stressful situation a very enjoyable process. Abbie was incredible. I had never sold a house before and was a bit unsure of everything, Abbie was so kind and patient and explained everything to me (sometimes multiple times over). She was always honest about what outcomes I could expect, and made sure that I was ok with everything before she actioned it.
