Abbie was fantastic at selling my house during the nov, dec period. She kept in constant contact, was adptable to changing the selling method to keep viewing numbers up, she kept my informed and reassured the whole way through. She is also just a lovley human who has your genuine interests at heart and wants the best for your realestate journey. Teamed with Julie Thompson the sale of my house was seamless and professional.

I truly believe it doesn’t get any better than Abbie and Julie. As a mid twenties female I have struggled with other agencies with not feeling heard, or understanding the lingo and processes. Right from my initial inquiry Abbie was quick and thorough with her communication, everything was explained to me in words I could understand, and I left my first meeting well informed, with all my questions answered and I felt confident in the process. Every step of the way from there on out the communication was regular and thorough, the photos turned out amazing, the advertising was top tier, all of my open homes were busy and the detailed feedback reports after each open home were super helpful. The final sale process was smooth and throughout the entire process nothing was too much for them. It was very clear to me throughout the process that Abbie and Julie do this because they totally love it, all communication goes directly through them, there’s no personal assistants or office ladies, the whole experience is personal. I found Taupo realestate excellent to work with they gave me all the right advice on how to sell my property, and there marketing strategy was on point,regarding the appraisal,they were the only realestate company that could give me the true transparent comparison of the property's in my suburb.they put a plus &minus dollar value on my property and the other property's that have sold in the suburb in the last 2 months,eg: property A has no double glazing but has a garage,my house has double glazing and a garage,and is fully insulated,they then give me what house A, sold for,and what my house will potentially get from the comparison of the 2 home in question,this is why I gave Taupo realestate 10/10 for being so transparent,and so easy to work with,They sold my house after the second open home ,I will be using Abbie and Julie in the future with my other property's,as well as any investment property's that I'll be looking at in the near future,Thanks heaps for making the process so stress free.
