Abbey and Richard took on what was a very difficult listing. Already on the market for some time without traction, they presented a strategy to relaunch including work alongside new stagers, marketers and a new vision. Throughout the campaign, their communication (which I consider to be the most important of all) was phenomenal. Right from the get-go I was kept up to date, Elspeth, their workhorse of a PA included me in the groups specific whatsApp chat and I was taold of any visitor feedback within minutes of the potential buyer leaving the proerty, alongside a lore up to date report later the same day. They focused on getting me sold, which happened quickly, when the offer came in. They took any stress I was carrying away and worked alongside, lawyers, and body Corp on my behalf so I could focus on other things. Abbey and Richard (and Elspeth) are incredibly talented real estate agents, business owners, communicators and good people. As a result of how they made me feel they are already dealing with referrals from my friends.
