Graham showed us a couple of houses before we bought through him, he knew a lot about where the market was sitting and we thought he was very reasonable with price ranges. Graham was the epitome of patience, perseverance and professionalism as we went through the process of selling our house. He talked us through the options of selling with or without tenant, renovating before selling, what features to highlight and even tidied our section and mowed the lawns because we were out of town! He kept us up to date all what he was doing what the interest was and what he was going to do next. Even through Covid Lockdown level 4 he was working as hard as he could for us, constantly reassuring us about how things were going. Considering the number of offers and contracts he really sold our house 5 times over, and we really feel privileged to have had him as our agent.
