Both Tina and Jayden were positive and never gave up, determined there would be a successful outcome. The one thing that I believe Tina could look at improving on is communication. It was sometimes confusing and we found ourselves on a couple occasions getting the situation wrong. While the WhatsApp is great picking up the phone is also important.
