We had an excellent service from Tina ,Vivian and the entire Team in Harcourts. Our property was sold with tenants which is even harder when the market is tough this year. Vivian with her persistence attitude and professional background solved our problem. Team Tina will be our first recommend agent to friends and families.
Thank you so much Team Tina for your help with selling our home. Working alongside you Jayden, made the process stress free, simple and easy for us to understand. We really appreciated your extensive knowledge, advice and fast responseness to all our questions. You were an absolute pleasure to work with and I don't think we could have done this without you.
I had a real estate person come in and assess our property; he pointed out all the difficulties. Tina, when we brought her in, come in, was from the get-go, professional and an expert. She spent a brief time looking at the property and quickly deduced that the infrastructure for water was amiable and that the property’s measurements (how did she work this out so quickly?) made it ‘perfect' for subdividing. This professional expertise, courtesy and positive knowledge cemented our desire to employ her services. Tina and her team never failed in any regard to act on our behalf. The result we got, in a depleted market, was a fairy tale ending. That in itself was joyful for all of us but in honesty the journey with Tina and her team was a personal joy for me. I have been dubious of real estate people. However, I have been resurrected from such negative assumptions! Regardless of the price we may have secured I told Tina before the sale; "regardless of the outcome, I have been 100% delighted with your expertise, your support and your drive on our behalf.” By the way, in a less-than-perfect market for selling, we got well above the expected and the CV value of our property. Expected selling price $1.5 - 1.6 million. Actual selling price $2.01m. Tina and her team are rock stars! And yet, they humbly serve the desires and needs of the client.
After working with Team Tina we got a satisfactory result. They showed their professional knowledge, good marketing skill, positive attitude, great ambition But these words don't seem to be enough to explain how good "Team Tina" is. We deeply feel that there is a team behind us working together, not just one person. This gives us the confidence to hand over an important matter to them. Here I would like to thank the entire team. Shout out to Tina's rich experience and superb management level, Vivian (Team Tina Sales)'s sincere attitude, firm perseverance and initiative. Eileen (Team Tina PA)'s timely communication and detailed market analysis. Mr Ping He (Team Tina Sales) brought offers in the early stage, which improved our confidence in selling the house. Mr. Aaron Davis (Team Tina Auctioneer), professional advice during the two meetings that we had. Thank you Team Tina Thank you Harcourts

Tina was very knowledgeable of the current market trends. She was helpful and provided valuable suggestions on the sale of our home. She is professional in every aspect of the real estate business. She would respond quickly if we sent her a text message or called her. Would definitely like to work with them in the future.
With regard to Team Tina we were very happy with their presentation, courteous manner and dedication to selling our house under what was turning out to be a very difficult time with the market place changing rapidly. Tina and George negotiated late into the evening to settle our accepted final agreement on our house much to our appreciation. George was brilliant with his continued efforts and he kept us in the loop at all times no matter the time of day or questions we had for him. He was very courteous and respectful and a pleasure to deal with. George was also instrumental in helping us find our new house. We have no hesitation in recommending Team Tina because of their successful history and experience of the housing market and its trends.
The team of Eileen, Jayden and of course Tina, have fully met our expectations. When the ‘chips were down’ they found the energy to boost us up and find the buyers needed. Always respond to our texts or calls promptly. Professional manner but shared in our humour at times. We would confidently recommend their services to others.
Sherry and Team Tina were great to deal with! From Open home through to settlement, Sherry has been a great help with the whole process to ensure that it was seamless.

The team was welcoming, professional and personable. We felt looked after, considered and entertained during our interaction with Harcourts. We look forward to working with them in the future! We recommend anyone seeking a new slice of heaven to call home to reach out to and engage!
