Steve & Nila kept me informed during the whole sale process and were incredibly helpful in obtaining a suitable stager and gardener to prepare the property ready for sale. They continually updated me on the open home visits and I have no hesitation in recommending them to any prospective seller as their communication, professionalism and market knowledge is second to none.

Steve's and Nila's knowledge of the Remuera market is unsurpassed. Their attention to detail is impressive. Weekly progress meetings are supported by comprehensive reports and regardless of their workload they are always available. Based on our experience, if you are selling in Remuera and don't invite the Koerber's to submit a proposal, you are selling yourselves short.

Steve and Nila Koerber are a professional duo, who were an obvious choice for us when listing our home, having industry experts that know the Remuera area was key for us and they didn’t let us down. Their communications and efficient service were excellent throughout the process. Thank you Steve and Nila, highly recommended!

Steve, Nila and their team delivered us a great result in a challenging market by knowing the market, being the ultimate professionals and dedicated to ensuring that we had every opportunity to get a great result at auction which we did. We would fully recommend Steve and Nila

Having not sold a house for some time we were a little apprehensive about the process. Steve and Nila could not have been more understanding and professional. They achieved an excellent result for us. We would highly recommend them.

Steve and Nila represented us with great care and diligence throughout the process ultimately helping us find the right buyer for our property in really tough market conditions. Not only are they great realtors they are also great human beings.

Steve and Nila worked professionally and with integrity to achieve a result with my property. Their approach to marketing ensured my home had the best exposure. They were always available and kept me informed all the way thru the process. A 'fall of the hammer' sale, was a success.

Steve and Nila worked relentlessly to achieve the sale. They have a huge market base and contacts, their communication was prompt and they were genuinely engaged in all the aspects of the process. They also have a great support team.

Steve and Nila have been fantastic to work with. Always responsive and provided great advice to help make our house as presentable as possible, resulting in a pre-auction offer after two weeks of being in the market. We had a successful sale despite the current market downturn in March 2023.

Steve and Nila sold our family home in late 2022, with settlement in early 2023. They partnered with us from day one, listened to us, came up with a strategy, executed it in an exemplary manner throughout the process, and achieved an unconditional sale for us 24 hours after our auction date. Before we went to market, they spent time getting to know us, and to come up with a sales/marketing strategy that suited our property - nothing was rushed. Throughout the marketing process, they kept the strategy under review and gave us great advice each week on how to best reflect feedback from the market - one change to our strategy was radical, but we trusted their vast experience and market knowledge. We found Steve and Nila warm, kind and down-to-earth first and foremost, highly professional and strategic in their thinking, hugely experienced and knowledgeable, incredibly hardworking, very generous, and fantastic communicators. Their team of Dom, Trudy and Matt made everything easy and convenient for us. We would recommend Steve and Nila unreservedly.

Steve is an effective communicator and a very good negotiator. he working very hard to achieve the goal.

Steve and Nila Koerber proved to be highly experienced, thoroughly professional and personable. They know Remuera well and right from the start they committed themselves to our challenging project. The constraints of the time frame were met with confidence, and we were introduced to a team of equally dedicated staff. We felt well supported throughout the project and the end result was excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend them.
