Steve and Nila and their team were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. They dilligently worked to sell our property which is in a quiet high demand double-grammer zone location in Remuera close to all amenities. The auction was a disappointment with only two registered bidders, no bids were received and the property was passed in as it did not meet reserve price. It sold shortly after auction but disappointingly the price we obtained was considerably less than Steve's appraisal estimate and of our expectations. It was a buyers market at the time but it was difficult for us to comprehend that the market could have declined so quickly from the time it was appraised to having sold (about 2 months).
I’ve been in Remuera for the last 5 years and every weekend I see Mr Koerber with open homes everywhere and thought geez this guy must be doing something right. Having sold a number of homes over the years you’d be hard pressed to beat Steve, Nila and Chester.
