Ifran was a well prepared agent with a lot of data to supporrt his appraisal and view of property. Confident enough on his initial apprasial he agreed to a lower commission if he didnt get it (he also got a higher commission if he overachieved - 5%-10% of every dollar extra above the high number). Selling a house never easy, when lock down occured just before the acutioon, just a little harder! Ifran presented a number of optiosn and a deadline tender was agreed. We sold for a price above his highest estimate (more money for both of us). I'm very happy with the outcome.
