One thing upon meeting Ifran was the feeling of no judgment and also the ease we felt upon meeting him. We decided to sell our family home of 30+ years that has had minimum renovations and were nervous about putting it on the market. We had met with a couple of agents prior Ifran and his professionalism, advice and most of all upfront attitude towards us was a bonus. Not knowing anything about selling a house and procedures to do so especially when English is not your first language, it can be a daunting task. Communications with Ifran was often and clear. We were always given notice before all house visits and he answered all our questions that we had. As a first time buyer, I was quite wary going into the home buying game, fearing that “oh the agents are just in it for their clients” not realising that as a buyer, I am also a client of his, and even if I’m not technically (I’m not sure if the technicality involved here), Ifran went out of his way to make sure things went as smooth as possible.
