Nick sold our house quicker than we could ever have imagined. He was honest, straight up, no mucking around. With his advice we put a reasonable price on the house, and he was able to get it for us. Nick and his team area friendly and engaging. Very keen to sell your place the best way possible. I did find that as soon as the place sold and they took their full commission from the 10% deposit, their service dropped considerably (not answering our questions) and when they did get in touch it was for the buyer so it started to feel like they were acting in the buyers interest more than our own. It was my first time selling a house so not sure if this happens with all agents.

Good marketing and communication

We are really pleased we chose Nick to sell our home. He was approachable and friendly and we felt like this resonated with our potential buyers. We appreciated that Nick recognised the difficulty in the current market and made the recommendation to change our selling approach after we went to market. This enabled our house to be sold quickly and at a level we were happy with.

Our experience with Nick(and Sarah) as a team, was a very positive one in that at the end of the day, managed and facilitated our emotions with regards to expectations vs the best decision that needed making at the sharp end.
