Nick was a professional from start to finish, not only for the marketing and selling my home but also in assisting me to find a new piece of paradise to love. His communication was outstanding, he kept me in the loop the whole way through the process and he listened, this may seem a small part of the journey, however, it is critical. This is not my first or even second sale and purchase so I had high expectations of the service I would receive and I found Nick to be knowledgeable of the housing market as well as understanding that his role is more than just connecting sellers and buyers. Nick and his team area friendly and engaging. Very keen to sell your place the best way possible. I did find that as soon as the place sold and they took their full commission from the 10% deposit, their service dropped considerably (not answering our questions) and when they did get in touch it was for the buyer so it started to feel like they were acting in the buyers interest more than our own. It was my first time selling a house so not sure if this happens with all agents.

We are really pleased we chose Nick to sell our home. He was approachable and friendly and we felt like this resonated with our potential buyers.
