We had met Paul at Open Homes and when it came time to sell our home, we were confident in our choice. Paul's demeanour and presentation reflect a true professional, great communicator and listener. Paul; recommendation to go to Auction was not our first choice but when all the options were put to us, it seemed the best way forward. Paul introduced his associate Ben Sceats and simply we couldn't fault the whole auction process from start to a successful finish. Ben ensured a stress free process with an outstanding result. His affable but very knowledgable approach was much appreciated and we engaged on a professional but very comfortable manner. Paul Neshausen was an outstanding real estate agent to work with when selling my mum’s apartment at auction. From the very beginning, both my mum and I found Paul to be extremely professional and considerate. He always took the time to provide clear, honest advice and was happy to answer any questions we had. His extensive knowledge of St Heliers and the Eastern Bays area was very reassuring. During the open home period, Paul kept us well informed with regular updates and progress reports, which we really appreciated. He was always courteous and thoughtful during open homes, not only towards potential buyers but also towards my mum and I during what was a busy and sometimes stressful time. Paul worked very hard to achieve the best possible outcome for us and was genuinely supportive throughout the process. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a professional and hardworking real estate agent.
