First off he told me three things that I needed to know. It was already conditional, the funeral parlor was along the driveway and it was a deceased estate. Later he told me the sale had fallen through because there was asbestos in th popcorn ceiling. Also told me what it may cost to remove. All good as we will seal it Very obliging letting me take a builder through & later arange to show the paintertho the painter was too late in arriving. He was relaxed in his approach and has encouraged me alll along my journey
