I was in communications for a few months with this agent. I definately felt that being the only woman in this transaction I was definately not spoken to with as much seriousness as the males present. It took months to sell my house, which if fair enough in this market but in every step of the house process not once did the sign on the street change, no under offer, no sold. I felt this was an oversight and made it unclear as to the process to the public what was going on etc. Seemed to me that the agent just wanted it sold and didn’t care to get the highest amount for us and was suggesting selling it at a much lower rate then what it was sold for after I stuck to my guns and didn’t drop it by his suggested amount. My experience with this taught me he was definately working for himself and wanted the property gone at whatever price and didn’t have my best interests at heart money wise. It seemed he waited for it to sell instead of actively trying to sell it.

Aaron knows the local area and helped get the best price possible. Would recommend.

Aaron made our selling process very easy and stress free. He set out a selling plan to make things simple and transparent so we knew exactly what was happening at all stages. He kept us informed at all times of potential buyers and their level of interest especially after all open homes. We felt he connected to our property and was personally invested to get us the best result at auction. Aaron’s market knowledge was spot on with his advice being almost to the dollar what we ultimately got as offers. He understands the buyer pool and target that on both occasions. Very different properties with one being a 4 bedroom family home and the other a two bedroom flat.
