Received all of the necessary info from Aaron promptly. He was very understanding of my situation being in a different country during the purchase process. Did very well to reply to my emails promptly and cater to my requests regardless of the time difference. And showed the same courtesy to my parents who were there to see the house and deal with everything on the ground on my behalf. At times this particular purchase did feel a bit rushed as it was my first property and I was new to the whole experience therefore was unsure of a lot of things included in the process. However all things considered and with it being so close to Christmas, it made sense to try and get everything done with a sense of haste. Nonetheless I was able to go through with the purchase having made sure all the boxes were ticked beforehand - Aaron was a huge help in achieving this.
