Had excellent communication on what was happening (or not as the case may be!) and received very sound advice on strategy to sell this rental property. With the law the way it is and the notice to vacate requiring 90 days it does limit opportunities. In the end, Aaron and his team found an investor and this made this particular challenge go away.
